Our Products

The Contract Advantage (CA) product line is the result of over 25 years of client implementations and development efforts.  CA offers three core product versions: WebEssentials, WebPro, and WebElite, each providing increasing levels of contract management sophistication and capabilities.

Clients can seamlessly upgrade from the basic product to higher-level versions, recognizing that one size does not fit all.

The Contract Advantage versions are built around the same code base, ensuring compatibility across the product line for small, mid-size, and large organizations.  The CA systems support flexible licensing capabilities to accomodate each organization’s needs.

The CA products are multi-currency and multi-language enabled.

The Contract Request Portal initiates the contracting process, allowing any Active Directory user to place requests without being core Contract Advantage users.

The Self-Service Contracts Portal permits users to generate standard contract documents based on approved Legal Templates.

The Digital Signature Module automates the execution and filing of signed documents to complete the contracting process for all stakeholders and signers.

TRAINING SERVICES
GMS offers both on-site and remote training services, tailored to your individual needs. Our professionals have extensive experience in training and supporting contract management users, including support staff, contract managers and administrators, lawyers and senior executives. Having dealt with thousands of users over the years, we have an unparalleled experience base to offer. We can bring that valued experience directly to bear on your system implementation.

IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTING
GMS works closely with our clients on strategic planning for contract management implementation projects. We can provide services in implementing the contract management system and releasing it to production and through the larger rollout to the organization. Not all clients require this level of service, but it is good to know that we have the experience and the capability to provide these services.

SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT
GMS develops customized solutions for commercial, merchant, and investment banks, financial services organizations, law firms and corporate legal departments. We have implemented semi-custom contract management solutions over the years. So, if you have unique needs, we are here to provide design and development services.
